Ansarada Pricing in 2026: Every Plan in GBP, What It Includes, and What a UK Deal Costs

· Founder, Beamprobe

Quick answer

Ansarada publishes its prices. On a monthly term a data room costs £389 a month for 250 MB, £1,199 for 1 GB and up to £6,949 for 20 GB, and longer terms cost less per month. Users are unlimited, the whole term is billed upfront, and extra data is charged at peak usage.

TL;DR. Ansarada publishes its prices, in GBP for UK buyers, and charges by data volume and term rather than by user. On a monthly term a room costs £389 a month for 250 MB, £1,199 for 1 GB, £2,299 for 4 GB and up to £6,949 for 20 GB. A 12-month term brings those to £199, £559, £1,059 and £4,049 a month. Users are unlimited, the whole term is billed upfront, the plan cannot change mid-term, and extra data is charged at peak usage. For UK deals under £100 million, Beamprobe is £29 a month flat with no data meter.

How much does Ansarada cost in 2026?

Unlike Datasite and Intralinks, Ansarada shows its prices on its pricing page and in a downloadable rate card dated July 2026. Every plan is one data room with unlimited users, priced by how much data it holds and how long you commit for. These are the GBP prices per month, before tax, as published on 1 November 2026.

Data plan Monthly term 3-month term 6-month term 12-month term
250 MB £389 £309 £269 £199
1 GB £1,199 £919 £749 £559
2 GB £1,659 £1,269 £1,049 £779
3 GB £1,979 £1,519 £1,239 £919
4 GB £2,299 £1,849 £1,449 £1,059
5 GB £2,489 £2,129 £1,819 £1,449
10 GB £3,529 £3,009 £2,579 £2,049
20 GB £6,949 £5,919 £5,079 £4,049

Plans run in 1 GB steps from 5 GB to 20 GB. Until 30 November 2026 Ansarada is running an offer, “choose 12 months and pay for 9” on plans that go live by that date, so the live page shows 12-month prices a quarter lower (£149 a month for 250 MB, £419 for 1 GB). The rate card, and every 12-month price in the table, is the standard price.

What does a UK deal cost on Ansarada?

Multiply the monthly price by the term. The term is billed upfront, so this is the amount you pay before the first bidder logs in.

Room and term Ansarada total Beamprobe Pro for the same period
250 MB, 3-month term £927 £87, or £79 with the three-month pass
1 GB, 3-month term £2,757 £87, or £79 with the three-month pass
1 GB, 6-month term £4,494 £174
2 GB, 6-month term £6,294 £174
4 GB, 12-month term £12,708 £348

The plan size is the decision that matters. A sale room for a £20 million trade sale with scanned contracts, management accounts and a financial model can pass 250 MB long before diligence ends, so check the size of your folder before choosing. Ansarada’s own page notes that “projects typically run for 9-12 months”, and deals overrun, so price the term you will realistically need rather than the one in the timetable.

What is included in every Ansarada plan?

Ansarada’s sample order form lists what comes with the standard Deals plan:

  • “Free and unlimited users and guests”, so bidder teams and advisers cost nothing extra
  • One virtual data room per plan
  • A Q&A workflow engine
  • “AI scoring and prediction of bidder engagement”
  • A built-in AI bulk redaction tool
  • A digital archive at closing, which “will not incur any additional fees”, and one free USB archive

Ansarada hosts on AWS, and its trust centre says you choose the storage region, with the United Kingdom (London) among them and Sydney as the default. It has a London office, is certified under the UK Cyber Essentials scheme, and states a SOC 2 Type I attestation with a Type II audit under way.

What costs extra on Ansarada?

Three things add to the plan price.

Extra data. Ansarada sells data packs rather than charging per megabyte. If the room grows past its plan, the extra is “captured at the peak usage” and billed for the rest of the term, with the fee rising from the next billing period.

Pack size Applies to Monthly term 12-month term
50 MB 250 MB plan £139 a month £84 a month
100 MB 1 GB plan £209 a month £109 a month
200 MB 2 GB and 3 GB plans £329 a month £179 a month
400 MB 4 GB plans and larger £509 a month £289 a month

Extra USB archives. The first USB archive is free, and additional ones carry a fee.

Renewal. Ansarada’s sample order form renews the contract automatically unless notice is given thirty days before it ends. Plans can only be upgraded or downgraded at the end of the contracted term, and all subscriptions are billed upfront.

When do you start paying for Ansarada?

Setting up is free. The pricing page says you only pay “once your data room goes live or 90 days after it was created, whichever comes first”, where going live means launching the deal, inviting guest users or making the room available. The rate card puts it more simply: fees start when you invite an external guest. There is no permanent free plan.

Did Ansarada stop publishing its prices?

No, although several comparison sites say so. Papermark and Ellty both state that Ansarada no longer publishes a price, while the pricing page and the July 2026 rate card show every plan in GBP, USD, EUR, AUD and ZAR. Other listings are simply out of date: one still quotes $499 for 250 MB with a 14-day free trial, and Software Advice lists 250 MB at $399 a month.

Per-user pricing is real but old. In 2019 Ansarada’s plans started at $39 a person a month, billed annually, with free and unlimited data. By 2021 the mid plan was $119 a person a month with a minimum of three users and 14 days free. It then moved to the storage plans above, with unlimited users. If a quote or a comparison you are reading mentions seats, it predates that change.

Who owns Ansarada now?

Datasite. Datasite agreed in February 2024 to buy Ansarada at A$2.50 a share, an equity value of A$236.3 million. Shareholders approved the deal in August and the scheme was implemented on 6 September 2024. Ansarada was removed from the ASX at the close of trading on 9 September 2024. Its board, governance and ESG products were carved out of the sale, and today Ansarada sells Deals, Procure, secure storage and secure file sharing.

Ansarada says it “continues to operate independently as its own brand and product within the Datasite group”. For a buyer that means one thing: Datasite also owns Firmex, so quotes from Ansarada, Datasite and Firmex are three brands from one group, not three independent benchmarks.

When is Ansarada worth the price?

Ansarada is a capable room with transparent pricing, and on the right deal the price is fair. It fits when:

  • Many bidder teams need access, and unlimited users matter more than the data bill
  • The room is small in megabytes but the process is long and competitive
  • You want bidder engagement scoring and AI redaction built in
  • Counterparties in Australia or Asia already know the platform
  • You run tenders as well as deals and want Procure from the same vendor

If the room is heavy with scanned documents, or the deal is a UK fundraise or sub-£100 million sale where the essentials are an NDA gate, per-recipient links, watermarking and page-level analytics, a storage-priced plan charges you for megabytes rather than for anything the deal needs.
