UK seed VCs and M&A counsel increasingly read documents on phones - between meetings, on the train, before partner meetings. A data room that takes 4-11 seconds to render the first page (the enterprise tier baseline) loses attention.
Beamprobe is built around sub-second first-paint. The trade-off is structural: enterprise vendors carry 15+ years of legacy infrastructure that cannot be removed without a rebuild. We started fresh in 2025.
