How we calculate VDR costs.
Enterprise VDR pricing is opaque. iDeals, Datasite, and Firmex all require "contact sales" — quotes vary by deal size, room count, and negotiating leverage. Figures here are based on publicly available information and verified by UK advisors.
Our estimates are conservative. Real-world quotes for multi-room enterprise plans routinely come in higher. If your current VDR costs more, email hello@beamprobe.com.
