Beamprobe is a virtual data room for founders, M&A advisors, accountants, and solicitors. We exist because enterprise data room vendors charge £400 to £900 per month for a tool a small team needs once or twice a year.
The market expects a sales call before pricing, a project manager before access, and a procurement cycle before launch. We removed all three.
Who's behind it
Beamprobe is built by a small UK-based team led by Marcin Walczak. Before Beamprobe, Marcin built ALLDOQ, a successful UK SaaS company in medico-legal work. Expert witnesses and personal injury law firms use ALLDOQ every day to receive instructions and medical records, view radiology in the browser, draft court-ready reports and record their time, with a full audit trail on every document.
The team brings the same habits to data rooms: documents encrypted at rest, an audit log of who opened what, and a tracked link for every recipient.
What we ship
Multi-document data rooms. NDA gate with audit log. Per-page analytics that filter bots. Dynamic watermarking. EU data residency.
What we don't ship
Compliance portals. Dedicated success managers. We pick the features small fundraising and M&A teams actually use and put the work in there.
Where we're hosted
Application servers in the EU. Documents are AES-256 envelope-encrypted before they touch storage. Email through an EU endpoint. ICO-registered (ZC167314). UK GDPR compliant by default.
