The market expects a sales call before pricing, a project manager before access, and a procurement cycle before launch. We removed all three.
Who's behind it
Beamprobe is built by a small UK-based team with prior shipping experience in healthcare document exchange, DICOM imaging platforms, and regulated SaaS. The same encryption-at-rest discipline, audit-grade logging, and tracked-link sharing patterns are now applied to the document-room category.
What we ship
Multi-document data rooms. NDA gate with audit log. Per-page analytics that filter bots. Dynamic watermarking. EU and UK data residency by default.
What we don't ship
Q&A workflows for hundred-bidder auctions. Compliance portals. Dedicated success managers. We pick the features small fundraising and M&A teams actually use and put the work in there.
Where we're hosted
Application servers in the EU. Documents in Cloudflare R2 (EU jurisdiction), AES-256 envelope-encrypted before they touch storage. Email through an EU endpoint. ICO registration in progress. UK GDPR compliant by default.
