Beamprobe is a virtual data room for UK SMBs, founders, accountants, and solicitors. We exist because enterprise VDRs charge £400–£900/month for a tool a small team needs once or twice a year.

The market expects a sales call before pricing, a project manager before access, and a procurement cycle before launch. We removed all three.

What we ship

Multi-document deal rooms. NDA gate with audit log. Per-page analytics that filter bots. Dynamic watermarking. UK data residency by default.

What we don't ship

Q&A workflows. Auction modules. Compliance portals. Dedicated success managers. We pick three things and put the work in.

Where we're hosted

Application servers in AWS eu-west-2 (London). Documents in AWS S3 (eu-west-2). Email through an EU endpoint. ICO-registered. UK GDPR compliant by default.
