An M&A teaser deck is a short, anonymised slide pack a corporate finance advisor sends to a shortlist of potential buyers. It reveals enough to assess strategic fit without identifying the seller. Full information memorandum (IM) is sent only after NDA.
How long should an M&A teaser be?
